Being one of Keen’s first employees, I have had the opportunity to watch the company grow and expand into a lean, efficient, and highly professional organization that is making a strong dent in the IT Staffing and RPO market. I have seen both sides of the industry; from being with a large, multi-national vendor and now a boutique agency. Keen has allowed me the autonomy and opportunity to make a distinct name for both myself and the company in a commodity market where this is rarely possible. I can't imagine being in any other company where I could learn as much, or grow as much as a person and a professional than what Keen has allowed me.
