Business Development Manager

Primary Responsibilities:
- Research and identify target prospect companies and decision makers within the IT vertical.
- Develop new client business opportunities for Keen through telephone and in-person sales calls
- Perform sales and solution presentations to prospect companies.
- Develop and manage creative information gathering and sales development programs.
- Assist clients in successfully identifying, qualifying and hiring contractual and project IT staff.
- Interfacing with both clients and internal fulfillment staff on a regular basis while managing sales cycles in multiple accounts.
- Provide candidate screening as required including reference checking.
- Project manage fulfillment activities of both local and remote recruiters.
- Grow existing and new accounts both horizontally and vertically across the enterprise.
- Develop RFP’s and business cases for client prospects as required.
Key Skills and Attributes required:
- 5+ years Sales experience in the I/T services/solutions industry
- In depth knowledge of the staffing industry business and sales cycle is a strong plus
- Well established client prospect account development/management experience
- A highly motivated self-starter with very strong presentation skills
- A high degree of professionalism and business ethics
- Proven track record of success in past endeavors
- Commitment to excellence in internal and external customer service
- Highly organized with well developed desktop computing skills as well as knowledge of internet technologies and tools
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work autonomously
- A commitment to working within a team of strongly motivated individuals
