Grant McKeracher
Managing Partner
As Managing Partner, Grant oversees Keen’s sales-related functions: strategy, structure, process and results.
With over 12 years of experience in sales and management roles within the I.T. sector, Grant brings leadership and “real world” sales and marketing experience to Keen.
Grant most recently worked for a leading North American technology staffing vendor where he led the development and pursuit of net new Fortune 100 clients and relationships in the Canadian market.
Prior to this, Grant worked in a variety of Sales and Management roles for Technology Service providers including OnX and Fusepoint Technologies.
Grant’s diverse technology experience provides him a unique understanding of the technology sector and the significant role a staffing partner can play in the success of a client. Through his experience in Technology Sales and Business Development roles, he provides knowledgeable leadership and understands what it takes to create a better experience for our clients.
Grant holds a Bachelor degree from Brock University.
Blake Appleton
Managing Partner
As Managing Partner, Blake oversees Keen’s overall success in areas including service offerings, process, strategy and key client development.
Blake is a veteran of the IT staffing market in Canada with a broad range of experience both on the agency and corporate sides of the business. Blake started his career in the 90s as one of the original Canadian members of a large U.S.-based IT staffing firm in Canada. Blake progressed from an IT Recruiter to one of Canada's top Senior Account Executives for the company, leading the growth of their Canadian operations.
Through his years of experience on the front lines in the staffing industry, Blake provides leadership and demonstrable results in building the key elements of differentiation that Keen delivers.
Prior to joining Keen, Blake provided consulting services to one of Canada’s largest retailers, Canadian Tire. In this role, he oversaw the development of a renewed structure, process and delivery model for IT Consulting and contract services in their Canadian operations.
Blake holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Biology from the University of Western Ontario.
